Originally from the UK with NHS experience, I made New Zealand my home 20 years ago. I joined the Ranburn team in 2017 as a care giver, progressed to Enrolled Nurse and now more recently am the Facility Manager. I’m passionate about this industry and feel privileged to be able to have a positive impact on the lives of our Ranburn residents and their families. I’m committed to providing strong leadership to a dynamic team who share my enthusiasm and are motivated to provide exceptional care to the residents.
Waipu is an idyllic location and has a wonderful village community atmosphere, I enjoy living here with my husband and our two teenage sons. Outside of work I love travelling, scuba diving, sewing and spending time with my family.

At our Ranburn residential care home we offer all levels of care in a peaceful setting including a secure dementia wing. Our personalised activities schedule is designed to combine levels of fitness, cognitive engagement and participation in engaging community events.

Premium room charges
Premium room charges apply to rooms with enhanced features, a private ensuite, a more spacious room or a desirable location within the facility. These charges cover the extra comfort provided, and are separate from the basic care and accommodation fees, which are typically covered by the government subsidy or the resident’s funding.
