"I’ve been part of Rose Court for over a decade, starting in household services before moving into administration and later discovering my passion for Diversional Therapy. Working closely with residents has shaped who I am, and the knowledge and connection I’ve gained from them is something I really value. Over the years I’ve supported the team in various roles, and with a strong support system at home and incredible mentorship at work, I felt ready to step into my current Facility Manager position. Rose Court has always felt like a second home, my boys have grown up visiting, and the family-focused atmosphere is something I’m proud to uphold. I’m grateful every day to lead a team and community I genuinely adore."

We have a close relationship with residents living at our sister facility, Alden Bishop Selwyn, just round the corner. This nurtures and maintains a real sense of community as many residents already know each other.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Alden Rose Court. This facility offers a stunning rose garden, complete with an ornate fountain. Our kitchen team creates delicious food for our residents.
